An anchoring and strengthening system for masonry walls.

Application:

• Anchoring walls:
  - concrete walls with masonry walls,
  - masonry walls with masonry walls.
• Strengthening:
  - wall corners,
  - existing cracks,
  - wall structures.

Elements of the anchor rail set

• The rail made of steel sheet.
• The flat bar anchor for all types of joints.
• The wire anchor for cement-lime mortars.
• The steel anchor installed in the rail and in the wall joint.
• The angle mesh to protect corners against cracks.
  

Assembly

After bending the anchoring plates, nail the anchor rail to the formwork. After removing the formwork, into the rail concreted when constructing a brick wall, place openwork flat anchors at the joint. Spacing approx. 4 pieces per 1 meter of the rail.

• Thanks to specially profiled openwork flat anchors (dovetail shape), we obtain a solid connection between the concrete and masonry wall.
• Anchors can also be used as reinforcement of brick layers in corners or other places.
