Product description
The LockEr formwork support element is the result of the consistent and continuous development of reliable systems. LockEr is an element made of HDPE (PVC-free and acid-resistant). The product is made entirely, which makes it stable. The inner diameter is 22 mm, the formwork coating has a diameter of 48 mm, which improves the protection of the formwork. Optimum water resistance and the best strength in concrete are due to protective shields spaced 40 mm apart. There is no rebound of struts after prior removing the formwork, which guarantees maximum water tightness and prevents water from penetrating along the spacer tube.

LockEr cones
By cutting the PVC SX 22/26 inserts 8 cm shorter than the required wall thickness, the LockEr cones ensure a tight passage through the wall.

Assembly
1. After installing the first wall of the formwork and mounting a tie, formwork distance LockEr should be applied to the tie.
2. Then, the second wall of formwork should be installed and the end of tie shoud be attached to formowork.
(Situation after bording)
3. After concreting and bording the formwork, the tie can be recovered. In the place of the tie hole, the waterproof LockEr plug should be installed (without using glue and concrete plugs).
