System description

Safety element, intended to prevent falls during the formwork installation process when there is a risk of falling from a height.

 

Alsipercha is distinguished by the fact that:

• is a preventive system,
• is a certified system and adopted to the applicable regulations (UNE-EN 795),
• is easy to assemble and use, and requires no external installers,
• allows the operator to work under protection covering an area of 125 m² and moving within a radius of 6.5 m around the column,
• the pull-in mechanism with a maximum length of 2.5 m,
• compatible with all systems for slabs,
• it has a choice of tooling to adapt to any situation on the construction site, while maintaining safety,
• designed for clearances between columns up to 8.5 meters (therefore it is necessary to use the so-called fire hook),
• the pull-in mechanism, harness and sling with the CE mark.
  

 

Prevents

The Alsipercha is an accident prevention system: any fall is minimal thanks to its retracting mechanism that engages with each acceleration. In this way, a significant reduction in the risk of operator injury is achieved.

 

The simple and quick assembly

The use and assembly of the Alsipercha system is easy and intuitive. Alsina has an instructional video on this system, and the system is delivered to the construction site with a detailed assembly manual, which makes it easier for employees to familiarize themselves with this innovative safety system.

 

Edges and high storeys

The Alsipercha system is particularly effective in situations of serious danger: on edges and high floors.

In fact, it is almost the only effective protective solution for this type of construction site situation.

Ideal for operations on edges such as:

• placing railings,
• placing partitions,
• placing edge slabs.
  

 

Features of the Alsipercha system

1. FIRE HOOK used to engage the pivot and attract Alsipercha by the operator and replace the catch.
2. PIVOT used for hooking the fire hook.
3. SLING used to transport Alsipercha with a crane.
4. MAST 360° rotating body allowing the operator to work freely.
5. RETRACTABLE DEVICE Retractable mechanism with protective cover to protect against impact and moisture.
6. RED CLAMP causes the retraction mechanism to remain at the height of the person arranging the formwork.
7. HARNESS EXTENSION.
8. CONICAL TUBE The element left in the column and used to insert a fall prevention system.

The Alsipercha system consists of an inverted L-shaped structure made of high-grade steel. The dimensions of this element after placing in the column are: 3.5 m high and 2.5 m long, which is completed with a 2.5 m long retractable anti-fall device.

The entire assembly can be lifted by a crane and inserted into metal (conical) tubes previously placed during concreting of the storey columns. These tubes occupy about 50% of all columns at the construction site and do not affect their structure.

 

Work with the Alsipercha system

Planning
In order to facilitate the work with the system and to optimize its use on the construction site, the storey to be formwork is marked out in advance. The layout of the storeys takes into account the 6.5 m radius of the system operation.

Placing the conical tube
After delineating the works zone, we start placing the steel stay-in-place pipes in some columns that will be concreted (black). After the concrete has solidified, we install the Alsipercha systems on one of the ends of the storey and, secured, begin the formwork laying operations. The system allows one or more operators to work simultaneously without having to cross each other's path.

Using the system
When the operator is connected to the Alsipercha system, we proceed to the formwork setting phase within the work area, which is allowed by the system. The radius of 6.5 m covers an area of 125 m² for paving or other work at different heights without any risk.

 

Changing the hook
After completing the work in the area of the Alsipercha system, we change the hook. Using the fire hook, we pull another Alsipercha to us to replace the hook and continue working. When changing the hook, them operator is always secured with the Alsipercha system.
